About the event

Producing a Kind Generation is a three-piece art-rock band from Louisville, Kentucky, known for its mix of thoughtful composition, cultural influence, and raw emotional energy. Frontman “10th Street” Dre anchors the group with precise, minimalist guitar work and urgent, poetic storytelling that gives the band its unmistakable voice.
The rhythm section, drummer Kym Williams and bassist Aaron “Ace” Holmes, brings a tightly focused groove that’s intentional and deeply infectious. Even without flashy embellishments, their pocket-driven style hooks in audiences and keeps heads moving. While their sound is often compared to ’90s alternative, Producing a Kind Generation pushes into its own lane, creating a blend of texture and narrative that feels both grounded and forward-thinking.
The band has toured nationally, including supporting My Morning Jacket during their 2022 U.S. tour, with a featured hometown performance in Louisville on June 25, 2022. They’ve also shared stages with Bendigo Fletcher and Rayland Baxter and performed throughout Kentucky and major cities across the U.S.
